MEET AND GREET  We will arrange to meet clients at the property or at an alternative location.  On arrival we will familiarise them with the property and all appliances such as; security system, locks, leave our contact number in case they have any questions or problems during their stay.  After departure we will inspect for any damage / problem and leave the property secure.

CLEANING  We can provide a full 'Spring Clean' at the start of your busy season.  This is a great way to freshen up your property; especially if it has been left empty during the winter months.  We will also do a 'Departure Clean' as tenants / holiday makers vacate the property.  

AIRPORT PICKUP  We can arrange to meet people from Malaga airport if they choose not to hire a vehicle from Malaga airport upon arrival in Spain. 

INVENTORIES  We can also compile a comprehensive inventory of your property.  This is invaluable in cases of break-ins or damage done that may result in an insurance claim. 

WELCOME PACKS  We will provide a standard welcome pack, if so desired, which will be waiting at the property for your clients upon arrival.  The standard pack would include all basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, cereals, water, jam, beer and wine.  If you would like more than this standard pack provides, or you would like flowers or a bottle of champagne for a special occasion, then we would be more than happy to accommodate such requests

SECURITY CHECKS  At times when the property is not rented out, we can visit to check that your security has not been breached and report our findings to you. 

NO LETS  If you own a property that isn't let then we can do the following for you:-  Key holding, airing out the property, check mail once a week and forward on if necessary, water plants, flush toilets to ensure no smells, check for damp, etc.  The price we charge for this service may vary depending upon your requirements.  This service can be of benefit if you are looking to sell your property and need it to be maintained.

MAID SERVICE  If clients are staying a while they may wish to have a clean set of bedding and towels which we can provide, without intruding upon their privacy.

POOL MAINTENANCE  We will provide you with a weekly pool clean that includes all chemicals.

HOUSE MAINTENANCE  Your property may use gas bottles and these may need changing, or you may have problems with the boiler at some point, or light bulbs need replacing, power surges causing disruptions to appliances etc.  We can arrange to handle all of this for you as we have a qualified plumber and electrician working for us

GARDEN  You may require a general tidying up such as weeding, mowing grass, pruning etc to keep your garden looking good.

CAR HIRE  We will arrange car hire for you or your guests if required.  The car can be collected upon arrival at Malaga airport or locally. 

MAIL COLLECTION  Your mail can be redirected to us to be posted on to yourselves.  Or we can arrange collection from your personal mail box. 

EMERGENCY CALL-OUTS  In the event of an emergency arising, you will be able to contact us day or night.

ADVERTISING YOUR PROPERTY  Advertising your property is available for holiday lets, long term rent or for sale on our website.
